As part of a language coaching process I have received something totally different compared to an average language teaching process. By using a coaching toolkit my blocks from my past learning experiences were addressed and I have been able to build a more informed language learning strategy.
What is more, this has been an English language process all throughout, informally, improving speaking skills all the way. A very direct result of the process was that I have been able to work successfully in international projects as a consultant, acknowledged by my clients, and have taken part in further preparations for projects.
With the help of coaching I have been able to set further language learning skills for myself, including passing a Cambridge Business Exam (C1) in 2017.
Within the company a stronger tendency towards international projects has been implemented, we are currently working on preparation of 4 cross-border projects, with an additional colleague who joined our team specifically to work on this. This is an investment, the fruits of which we cannot pick immediately, but shows a nice perspective in the future.
