What are the details?

I am happy to contribute to the support of individual clients with a custom-designed coaching program based on specific goals. First, I listen to the client’s objectives, needs, and expectations for the process, and together we determine if coaching is a good fit.   Our first contact takes place via a Zoom call, and see if our chemistry works. We then proceed to sign a contract based on the approved proposal, and our collaboration begins with the first session.

What topics do I work with?

• Rapid problem area identification; defining blind spots for clients
• Developing communication skills (general and specific aspects) that impact English and Hungarian language communication strategies
• Preparing for specific events (presentations, meetings, business trips, etc.) or written materials (slides, reports, emails, etc.)

Career Coaching In 2023, I expanded my services with a new offering.

What is Career Coaching?  

Career coaching is a supportive process between a coach and a client or group of clients. The aim is to assist the client in job searching, career transitions, and finding suitable employment opportunities that align with their life situation and needs or building alternative livelihoods. The coach helps in the change management process by identifying and overcoming obstacles and blocks, and may occasionally participate in outplacement programs. Career coaching may include non-coaching specific processes e.g. mentoring, and counselling elements as well.
